What we specialize in
Senior Dogs
At Wags n' Whimsy Senior dogs are important to us. They take more care, attention and love than other kiddos that come through our door. Extra classes have been taken to understand the best ways to work around older kiddos and their special needs. Elderly certification is shown at the front desk.
Anxious/Aggressive Dogs
We believe that every "aggressive" dog is an anxious one. At Wags n' Whimsy we understand that dogs who lash out or act "aggressive" do so because something happened to make them believe the need to protect themselves from us or our services. Repetition of positive experiences and patience builds trust.
Getting The Haircut You Want
We understand it's hard to vocalize some of the specifics of what you want done on your kiddo. Here we try to ask as many questions as possible to get you the perfect haircut for your pup. The only conditions where it may not come out as desired is due to matting. We do not believe in hurting dogs to achieve a desired look.

We are aspiring to make your furry friends more colorful. We do simple things like ear, tail and feet dyes easily daily. If you'd like something more complex, let us know ahead of the appointment so we can schedule a time beforehand to talk it over with you, assess the pet and make sure we have enough product to get the job done.

All dye jobs are done using pet safe products made specifically with pets in mind.
We have permanent and temporary options.
Prices vary but the tail, ears or feet are $25-$40 based on complexity for permanent and $15-$25 for those same areas with temporary!
Want Something a Little Less Crazy?
We can also add a less obvious and simple spot of color with our doggy nail polish selection. You can do this for a walk in or for a full service. All polish is dog safe so you can rest easy knowing your dog is stylish and safe.
